Forgot your password

Two situations, two different answers. Pick the one that matches.

● WE WILL NEVER E-MAIL YOU A PASSWORD

EPS does not send passwords, account numbers or reset links by e-mail. If you receive a message offering one, it did not come from us — do not use it, and tell your watch desk.

1. You still have your phone

If you know your account number but not the password, your EPS account manager resets it in person or by phone — after confirming who you are. Reset codes are read to you, never sent.

2. You lost your phone

You do not need a reset. Sign in as normal and, when the six-digit code is asked for, type one of your recovery codes instead. Each looks like ABCDE-12345. Then tell us, so we can issue you a fresh set.

Identity is confirmed before any account is touched. Have your account number ready — but never send your password, to us or to anyone.

Why there is no reset link

A "reset my password" link is the most attacked door on any site: it is built to hand access to someone who cannot prove who they are. On a client base this size, a person confirming a person is both safer and faster.
