Mr. Senecharles grew up in North Miami Beach, Florida, and graduated from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a B.A. in Political Science, French, and Criminology.
He began his career during college as an intern for former U.S. Senator and presidential candidate Bob Graham in the Senate Hart Building, Washington, D.C. He also held internships with the U.S. Secret Service (Washington Field Office Task Force) and the Oxford Police Department (Ohio), worked as a resident assistant and with the Miami University Police, and studied abroad on French political parties and INTERPOL in Dijon, Lyon, and Paris, France.
He went on to attend Nova Southeastern University College of Law, and later completed the Gulf Coast / Multi-National Police Academy (police / state trooper).
Mr. Senecharles has over twenty years in the investigative industry — bank-fraud specialist, loss prevention and asset management; State of Hawai‘i Special Investigator (9 years); and Law Enforcement Compliance Watch Commander at Honolulu International Airport (3.5 years). His work spans organized retail fraud, insurance fraud, health-care fraud, workers’ compensation, surveillance, auto theft, and corporate security and investigations.
As a CEO he has contracted for clients including Enterprise Holdings (National & Alamo Rent-A-Car — 10 years across the Southeast U.S.), the State of Florida Dept. of Business & Professional Regulation, Liberty Mutual, Johns Eastern, the Broward County School System, BCBS Florida, and law firms — with sub-contract work for GEICO, Allstate, and State Farm.
